Refund Policy

Refunds are available for paid subscriptions purchased directly through our official website. Only the original purchaser of the service is eligible to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to keooodev@gmail.com.

Your refund request should include:

• Your account email address
• Order number or transaction ID
• Detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
• Any supporting documentation if applicable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed research queries and AI-generated analysis reports
• Research tokens that have already been used
• Services purchased more than 14 days ago
• Third-party fees or charges (payment processing fees, etc.)

Additional services may have separate refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

All refund requests will be reviewed by our customer support team. We reserve the right to approve or refuse refund requests at our sole discretion.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
